BURGERS

All of Buster’s burgers/sandwiches come with hand cut fries or apple coleslaw.  Substitute sweet potato fries, fruit, or soup for 1.  Potato chips, onion rings, or any salad for 2.

Buster’s Burger

Prime Angus beef, aged cheddar, shredded lettuce, and Ten Thousand Lake sauce on a butter-toasted bun.

Bison Burger

Lean ground buffalo, chipotle cream cheese, jalapeño bacon, jalapeño/cilantro aioli, and shredded lettuce on a butter-toasted bun.

Mushroom Swiss Burger

Prime angus beef, portabella mushroom, Swiss cheese, and mustard bechamel on a toasted bun.

California Burger
